The Hand Quilting for the Soul group meets the first and third Thursdays from 1:30-3pm. All materials are provided but you are welcome to bring your own projects to stitch.  A "share table" will be set up to discard any unwanted fabric or sewing supplies.  Your ufo could be someone's next masterpiece! Please bring home anything remaining at 3pm.
Come stitch and laugh with us and set down your worries for a while.

String Quilting Workshop- July 21-Aug 18

This 5 week workshop will teach the basics of foundation string piecing, one of the most humble quilting techniques.

Classes meet from 9:30-11:00 EST on Zoom.

8-week English Paper Piecing Class at the Bryant Library

Quilting Class: English Paper Piecing

Fridays: August 4, 11, 18, 25, & September 1, 8, 15, 22

This is a beginner friendly quilting class. The patchwork technique of English Paper Piecing is done by hand; no sewing machine required. Learn a few simple stitches and watch the patterns come together as we stitch through the summer. Students will work through techniques from Jessica's book, Quilting on the Go, completing a laptop/tablet sleeve. A supply list will be emailed prior to class.
