Healing Stitches: Quilting & Bereavement at the Bryant Library

This English paper pieced diamond quilt got me through so much loss.  I stitched my grief into it and then gave it away to someone I loved.  With such an emotional attachment, it’s no wonder that I couldn’t stop English Paper Piecing.

In this lecture, I will tell my stories about quilts and grief, quilts and family, quilts and acceptance, and how quilts have helped me deal with so much loss.  Through the trunk show and presentation, I hope they bring you comfort as well.
